Getting help

For support, contact support@edre.org.

When reporting a problem, include:

a short description of what you were doing;
the error message, if any;
whether the issue occurred while building the Form, grading responses, opening the Results workbook or exporting the PDF;
a screenshot where useful.

Do not email passwords, confidential assessment records, full student response files or other sensitive information unless specifically necessary and agreed for troubleshooting.

Common issues

Authorization blocked

Your Google Workspace administrator may restrict third-party applications. Contact your administrator and provide the Marketplace listing URL once published.

Options do not shuffle

Confirm that the Google Forms API is available and that the add-on has been authorized.

Results did not update

Open the add-on and use Grade all responses. If the problem continues, contact support.

PDF export does not start

Refresh the Form, reopen the add-on and retry. Ensure browser downloads and required CDN resources are not blocked by institutional security software.
