Terms of Service — Reusable MCQ Quiz Builder

Purpose

Reusable MCQ Quiz Builder is an educational productivity tool for creating weighted MCQ assessments, calculating results and producing OBE-oriented assessment records.

Permitted use

You may use the add-on for lawful educational, academic and professional assessment activities.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of assessment content, scoring configurations, CLO/PLO mappings, student information and reports produced using the add-on.

You are also responsible for obtaining any institutional approvals, notices or consents required when collecting or processing student information and for managing access to Google Forms, Results spreadsheets and exported PDF reports appropriately.

Google services

The add-on depends on Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Google APIs and Google Workspace Marketplace. Availability and functionality may therefore be affected by Google's service availability, quotas, policies and product changes.

OBE and accreditation

Reports generated by the add-on are record-keeping and analysis tools. Use of the add-on does not by itself certify compliance with any accreditation body, educational regulator or institutional OBE requirement.

Prohibited use

You may not use the add-on for unlawful activity, unauthorized access to personal information, deceptive practices, abuse of Google services or violation of applicable educational or privacy requirements.

Availability

The application is provided on an as-available basis. Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable operation, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Changes

Features may be updated to improve reliability, security, compatibility or compliance with Google platform requirements.

Termination

Access may be discontinued where necessary because of abuse, legal requirements, security concerns or changes to Google platform availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect losses arising from incorrect assessment configuration, inappropriate sharing of student records, Google service interruptions or use of generated reports outside their intended purpose.
